Morning Rhythm Guide

The morning rhythm is a morning practice that I've been evolving over the past 5 years. It is dynamic and creative. Each day I wake up, and meet myself exactly where I am.


My needs each morning change based on what phase of my menstrual cycle I'm in, and what physical or emotional needs might be present. I choose a handful of practices each morning to flow through, to best support my overall well-being.


I find that starting each day like this has changed how I show up. Rather than jumping into work, or unconsciously doing the same routine each morning, the morning rhythm causes me to become a present within my body and heart. This sets me up for a more intentional, embodied, and on-purpose day.


Doing my morning rhythm is the difference between a good day and a bad day for me. When I tend myself and my needs first, I send the message to myself that I matter, that I am worthy. I drop into what is most significant to me and my purpose, so that my whole day is infused with aliveness and intuition.


I've led companies this way for years now. My morning rhythm often illuminates how I can be of highest service throughout the day ahead. It puts me in the driver's seat of my own life, and allows me to manage my precious lifeforce energy with intention, so that I can create my life, rather than be a passive receiver. This is incredibly empowering.


In my 10+ years of being an executive educator and global serial entrepreneur, I've learned that managing our energy is far more important than managing our time.
